The Right Hand is a trinket added in the initial release of Fiend Folio.

Effects

• 33% chance to turn any Chest or Locked Chest into an Eternal Chest.
  • Other chest types are unaffected.
  • Chests that have already been seen prior to picking up The Right Hand will not be transformed.

Interactions

• Trinket Multipliers: Chance to replace Chests is increased to 50% with a Trinket Multiplier of 2. Additional Trinket Multipliers will have no further effect.
• The Left Hand / The Left Fossil: The Right Hand will combine with The Left Hand or The Left Fossil, creating The Middle Hand.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on The Right Hand rerolls it into Bloody Sandpaper.

• The Right Hand was originally a part of Happy Items Pack mod.
